Super Golf Shot Accuracy with Flat Wrist
Keep the Back of the Wrist Flat with Forearm
Today I am going to talk about how to produce accurate shots by keeping the back of your wrist flat with your forearm. Take your position on the grip and then move it to 45 degrees. Note from this position there is cupping where the back of the left hand is not flat with the wrist. If you take the club back from this position, the club face will end up open at the top of the back swing. So, to avoid that situation we move the butt end of the club up even with the inside of the left thigh. Moving the butt end of the club up even with the inside of the left thigh flattens the left wrist out at address and when I take the club back the wrist be flat at the top, unless I over bend my wrist which will cup the wrist and open the face.
Follow the instructions below and you will find it easy to get the wrist flat at address and keep it flat at the top of the backswing.
