Golf Distance From Shoulder Joint
Increase golf shot distance by increasing the length of your swing. The length of your swing can be increased by using the right arm to lift the left arm higher. This lifting motion increases the amount of flex in the left shoulder joint.
Using a core rotation of the shoulders and hips with the hands and arms following, will position the left arm and hands only parallel to the ground at the end of the backswing. Lifting with the right arm will increase the length of your swing and increase the flex of the left shoulder. The lengthening of your golf swing will produce higher and longer golf shots.
Two cautions. When you lift with your right arm keep the right elbow down. Do not allow the right elbow to fly up like a chicken wing. Secondly keep your left arm on the same line as the left shoulder. Do not lift the left arm above the left shoulder line closer to your ear. Moving the left arm above the shoulder line can result in pulled shots or worse.
