Golf Posture Rounded
Your golf posture at address should be slightly rounded. Specifically your upper back should be allowed to relax and round. When your upper back is allowed to relax and round you can swing more freely. The increased tension from a flat posture slows the swing and encourages injury. Make a note of successful tour players; at impact every tour player has a rounded upper back. This is the relaxed but powerful position for striking the ball. Your golf swing will be more consistent and distances will increase when you start with your upper back in the rounded position.
