Swing Within your Flexibility for Consistent Golf Shots

Today we are going to talk about how to swing within your flexibility range to make your golf shots more consistent. Swing within your flexibility in this article refers to the ability of your joints and/or muscles to move through a full range of motion. One of the problems I see with players who have a limited range of motion, due to limited flexibility, is trying to force a longer backswing. When you swing back farther than your flexibility allows two major problems can occur. The first problem is standing up out of your posture. The second problem is raising your arms too far above your shoulder plane angle on the back swing. Consistent shots area product of swinging within your flexibility.
